Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The time limit for delivery begins to run in case of payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting bank or in case of other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
The arrival of the package to you depends on the postal delivery times of DHL. Once we have handed over the package to DHL, it normally takes one to two working days (depending on your postal code) for the package to reach you. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
All orders received after 12:00 noon and on weekends will be shipped on the next business day at the earliest (applies to the payment methods direct debit, cash on delivery, Paypal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card, purchase on account).

Austria: 5
Switzerland: 5
Rest of EU: 5
