15/0 Miyuki beads are round beads. They have a diameter of 1.5 mm and a height of 0.9 mm. They belong to the group of Rocailles.
The Miyuki beads have a hole diameter of approx. 0.6 mm. This is a nice size to be able to pull thread through the hole of the bead several times.
Rocailles are also called seedbeads and are suitable for many threaded jewellery pieces.
Miyuki is a Japanese company that produces the high-quality glass beads in Japan. To produce the small beads in perfection, many steps are necessary. The glass has to be melted, drawn, cut and polished. To be able to offer an even greater variety of colours, the Miyuki beads are sometimes also treated with different surface techniques.
We deliver the 15/0 Miyuki Rocailles practically packed in transparent plastic tubes with lids. This way you can keep your beads neatly sorted and have all your beads in sight and perfectly lined up on your work table.
There are approx. 8.2 grams of beads in a plastic tube. This corresponds to a number of approx. 2100 beads.
