In this DIY tutorial we will show you how to make a leather pendant with back very easily.

For a leather pendant with front and back made of leather you need the following material: leather scraps, jewelry glue, collier loop and link chain.
Tools you need: cut out template, rotary cutter, ruler, scalpel, punch pliers and cutting pad.

You can download the templates for leather pendants here for free, print them out and cut them out.

First cut out the templates from paper and transfer the outlines onto the leather. Use a rotary knife to easily cut out the individual pieces of leather.
With these diamond pendants it looks nice if the pendant consists of different leather colors. But make sure that the different leather pieces have approximately the same height.

In the next step, glue the individual leather parts onto a larger piece of leather. The rough side of the large piece of leather faces up. Leave enough space on both sides.

You can glue the individual leather parts very well with Hasulith jewelry glue. Work carefully and make sure that no glue swells out between the individual leather parts.

Then you can cut out the contours of the pendant. This is best done with a sharp scalpel.
So that the glue dries evenly and the leather does not warp, it is good to weigh down the pendant. For example, you can simply put a few books on the pendant and let everything dry overnight.

The finished pendant you can process after drying. With a hole punch you can punch a hole in the upper part of the pendant. Here you can then attach a loop or a binder ring for suspension. Then only a chain is missing and you can wear your new piece of jewelry.
