In this DIY tutorial we will show you how to make a leather pendant very easily.

For a simple leather pendant you need the following materials: leather remnant, leather paint, binder rings, earrings or link chain and crepe tape.
Tools you'll need: Rotary cutter, ruler, cutting pad, hole punch and flat nose pliers.

You can download the templates for leather pendants here for free, print them out and cut them out.

Download the template and print it out. First cut out the shape from paper and then transfer it to the leather piece.
You can also mark the center at the base of the triangle. Then you have a help point when you later punch a hole in the pendant.

Then place the ruler on the line of the triangle and apply the rolling knife. Make sure that the blade of the scroll knife points to the ruler. This will give you an accurate cutting result.

The first cut is made. Now you can cut out the individual triangles step by step.

The triangles are now cut out and ready for further processing.

You can decorate the pendants with golden leather paint. Depending on the type of leather, you should first degrease the leather piece with leather conditioner. Then tape off the area that is to be painted with masking tape.
