Threading spacers with Preciosa Bicone
How easy it is to thread this spacer yourself with Preciosa Bicone
First, get the materials ready.
Then take a piece of jewelry wire and thread 9 Preciosa Bicone with 3 mm size of the same color on it. The number of bicones refers to the spacer size we use here. You should always take as many Preciosa bicones as it takes to completely wrap the spacer once.
Then make a simple knot in the jewelry wire. The circle that is created should be larger than the spacer.
Now place the spacer inside the circle.
Then slowly tighten the knot so that the Preciosa Bicone wrap tightly around the spacer.
Tighten the knot so that both the Preciosa Bicone and the knot are directly against the spacer.
Now tie a second knot over the first one to fix the whole thing.
Now put some glue on the knot to fix it finally and let it dry briefly.
Then take a pair of scissors and cut off the protruding ends of the jewelry wire.
Now you have a Preciosa Bicone wrapped spacer ready.
Make a second spacer according to the same principle. This can of course differ in color from the first.
The finished spacers you can now thread together with other beads, for example, on a bracelet.
For example, a finished bracelet might look like this.
