Lucky bracelets with sliding clasp

In this DIY tutorial, we show them how to make lucky bracelets with sliding clasp.

Delicate lucky bracelets with pendants and small beads are quickly threaded. The special feature of these bracelets is their closure.
The closure consists of a small metal ball, which has a silicone layer inside. This makes it easy to vary the size of the bracelets. They fit any wrist and are easy to put on and take off.
We have used for the bracelet jewelry nylon ribbon (about 35 -40 cm in length). First, small beads / pendants are threaded on the tape and pushed into the middle of the tape. A beading needle facilitates the threading. The beads are fixed on the right and left side of the ribbon with a simple knot.
Tip: Heat the end of the ribbon with a lighter and form a point. Then you can thread the beads onto the ribbon without a beading needle.
Then thread the clasp on one side of the tape. This is also easier to do with a beading needle.
After that, the second end of the tape is pulled through the closure in the opposite direction.
The clasp can be easily moved back and forth on the band. This allows the bracelet to change its size.
To prevent the ribbon from slipping out of the clasp when worn, a bead is pulled to each end of the ribbon and secured with two knots each.
The ribbon can be sealed at the ends with a lighter.
The special tip:
Beaded silk is also very suitable for lucky and wish bracelets.
Beaded silk is delivered on a practical card with 2 meters length. A beading needle is already firmly attached to the beading silk.
We recommend the beading needle BD100 from Beadalon.
