Make double row chain with end caps
So easy you make this double row chain with end caps yourself
First, get the materials ready.
Then cut two pieces of jewelry wire of equal length. These should be slightly longer than the desired chain length. Take the two pieces of jewelry wire and an end cap.
Now place one end of each jewelry wire into the end cap.
Take a pair of pliers and press down one of the sides of the end cap.
Then press this side firmly together with the bottom so that the jewelry wire is stuck in between.
Now press down the other side of the end cap as well and squeeze it tightly enough so that the wires are firmly anchored in the end cap.
Now one end of the chain is prepared, so you can start threading.
Then take the first polaris cone and thread it with the wide side first onto one of the jewelry wires.
Then take a polaris bead and thread it onto both jewelry wires until it lies directly against the polaris cone. The jewelry wires should cross once in the polaris bead. Then thread another polaris cone onto the same wire that the first cone is on. This time with the narrow side first. By crossing the wires, this time the wire without the cone goes past the other side.
Now, following this pattern, thread Polaris cones and Polaris beads alternately to the end of the wires. Make sure that the cones are always threaded alternately with the wide side first and the narrow side first.
Now take the other end cap and put the two wire ends inside.
Now press one side of the end cap down onto the wires again first.
Now squeeze both sides of the end cap together again so that the wires are secured inside.
Now you have finished threading the chain and only need to make the clasp.
To do this, thread a split ring through the eye of an end cap and through the eye of a carabiner to attach the carabiner to one end of the chain.
Now attach an extension chain to the other end cap with the help of a split ring. Now you can close the chain by hooking the carabiner into one of the eyelets of the extension chain.
