Glue wide PVC tape

In this DIY tutorial we show them how to glue wide PVC tape.

Using this ring as an example, we will show you how to glue wide PVC or rubber tape.
Glue the chaton into the metal frame. Dispense the rhinestone adhesive sparingly. The more adhesive you use, the longer the drying time. Allow the glued setting to dry for approx. 24 hours.
Cut yourself a piece of ribbon. For a ring with a diameter of about 19 mm, you will need about 6.5 cm of ribbon. Before cutting, measure your desired ring size and ribbon length.
Coat one side of the tape thinly with superglue. For bonding PVC tapes, you should only use superglue, as it is the only one that holds permanently.
Slide the tape into the slot of the metal frame. The tape should be pushed to about the middle of the metal frame, leaving enough space for the other side of the tape. Allow the first taped side to dry for a moment.
Thinly coat the second side of the tape with superglue. Again, use the glue sparingly, the more durable your glued joint will be. Slide the second side of the tape into the remaining slot in the metal frame as well. Let the finished ring dry for a while.
