Place the blank on the stamp block.

Important: Make sure the stamp block is on a hard, stable surface.

Tip: Attach the blank to the stamp block with tape or Stamp Guide Sticker to prevent the blank from moving while stamping.

Step 4

Gently pull the stamp in the direction of the corresponding mark on the sticker until the stamp sits on the edge of the sticker.

Note: Be careful not to scratch the stamp blank as you pull the stamp.

Tip: Tilt the stamp slightly in your direction as you pull the stamp toward the sticker. Press the stamp back down flat and firmly onto the blank before hitting the stamp.

Step 5

Hold the stamp firmly and apply a little pressure to the stamp. To do this, place the side of your hand next to the stamp base on the table. Strike the stamp once with medium force using a metal stamp hammer. Repeat this process to complete the desired word, message, or quote. Then remove the sticker or tape.

Note: Harder metals and stamps with more detail require a harder blow than softer metals and stamps with less detail.

Polishing
After inking, wipe off excess ink quickly with a paper towel. The smooth surface of the pendant will become silver again. The color will only settle in the depressions!

Tip
If the color cannot be removed from the metal piece without leaving residue, you can carefully remove small spots of color with a cotton swab soaked in nail polish remover.
